President Director
Lina Kusuma is an Indonesian entrepreneur, real estate veteran and executive level operator with 30 years of experience driving success in B2B and B2C sales, marketing and finance. She is experienced in building companies, departments as well as teams from the ground up while exceeding short term and long term business goals through various networks.
Currently, Lina is the co-founder of Konstal International Indonesia, which work with international manufacturers, world class designers, and global supply chain. Her passions lie at the intersection of interior design and engineering, where art and science collide. Thus, Konstal was born from a dream in pushing forward creativity and innovation into fruition in order to radiate Indonesia’s culture and natural beauty through its crystals.
Before founding Konstal, she previously worked as acting CFO at a construction & real estate company where she managed multi million funds to execute plans in developing commercial properties. Few established wide range of projects in housing, malls and hotels went as far as becoming an iconic landmark in communities to promote tourism.
Hendy Sukarya
Marketing Director
Hendy Sukarya is a passionate chandelier enthusiast and a creative director at Konstal International Indonesia. With a deep appreciation for the aesthetic beauty of chandeliers, Hendy has dedicated his career to designing and curating exquisite lighting fixtures.
Born and raised in Indonesia, Hendy developed an early fascination for art and design. After completing his education in Singapore, he graduated from Nanyang Fine Arts with a degree in Visual Communication. This educational background provided him with a strong foundation in artistic principles and opened doors to various creative opportunities.
Upon returning to Indonesia, Hendy joined Konstal International Indonesia, a renowned firm specializing in luxury lighting solutions. As a creative director, he oversees the design and execution of chandelier installations for commercial hotel projects. His artistic vision and attention to detail have contributed to the success of numerous high-profile projects in popular tourist destinations such as Jakarta and Bali.
Larry Sukarya
Account Executive
Larry Sukarya is a graduate from USC Marshall School of Business and global entrepreneur from Jakarta, Indonesia with more than three years of expertise in e-commerce, hospitality, and the real estate industry.
As a Business Development Executive, Larry is focused on expanding the opportunity for Konstal’s vision in becoming the number one specialize lighting company in the archipelago. Larry pivoted away from Konstal’s old strategy from using a traditional approach to market its goods and services by doing more collaborative work with other companies, expanding its plethora of products and partaking events in the industry.
Prior in joining Konstal, Larry served as a sales & marketing executive in real estate. In that role, he succeeded for increasing engagement using marketing strategies / campaigns to manage its digital presence. As well as, growing the sales pipeline by analyzing large data sets for attributes to identify high likelihood customers by acting as an internal consultant.
Miranty Abidin

Miranty Abidin graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology. She is a Women's Rights Advocate and a Fighter for Women Emancipation. Currently, she serves as a Board Member at Konstal Indonesia and is an expert Senior Female Public Relations Specialist, often referred to as a Public Relations Guru in Indonesia.
Miranty's background in public relations has been instrumental in her role at Konstal. With her expertise in the field, she has effectively promoted the company's image, built strong relationships with clients, and established a network of connections. Through her public relations skills, Miranty has helped Konstal gain valuable networking opportunities, expand its reach, and enhance its reputation within the industry. Her ability to effectively communicate and establish positive relationships has been crucial in driving the company's growth and success.
